Additional Show Information

  • Children ages 3 and under are free and are welcome to sit in a parent's lap during the show.
  • Coupons are redeemable with supper show ticket. Coupons must be presented at time of purchase. We are unable to honor coupons after purchase.
  • We have a concessions stand with fresh popcorn, snacks, and drinks.
  • Veterans and First Responders who provide a valid ID get a 25% discount off their entire purchase (must be booked in house or over the phone).
  • We are located in the Lumberjack Square at 2530 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Look for the red and green fence out front!
  • Guests are permitted and encouraged to meet the lumberjacks after the show.
  • Our facilities are equipped to accommodate individuals with special needs. Our staff will be more than happy to assist as needed!
  • Please be sure to arrive 45 minutes prior to show time in order to recieve food and be seated.
  • We are pleased to offer wheelchair accessible seating to accommodate our guests. While we strive to accommodate parties wishing to sit together with their disabled family member, we cannot always guarantee this due to space limitations. We encourage guests requiring wheelchair accessible seating to arrive early to ensure availability.
